Vintage Blue Yone Dog Tin Wheels Japan #5

Tin blue and white dof, wearing a yellow #5 shirt/cape. Left hind leg marked "YONE" inside a diamond, and "Made in Japan."
Some wear on paint finish & metal discoloration.
This is not a wind-up toy. It appears to be a pull-back, but the wheels do not spin freely after pulling it back. The wheels do turn when it is pushed forward.
Nice vintage condition.
